Real Player 25 plus down video not working

I reinstalled. but still video downloader not working.

  If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed. 
   
  For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.
