still unable to convert videos to mp3

I need to convert videos to mp3 to listen to the music as I use to do. Its has become problematic and for yo to know I am a primium pcustomer.

  You can convert a video file to MP3 using RealConverter. Here are steps to do it:

  • Open RealConverter from your All Programs.
  • Add the video file to your RealConverter.
  • Select MP3 in the "Convert to" section.
  • Save the file in a preferred location.
  • Click Start
