Unable to download videos from YouTube. RealDownloader displays "Waiting for download", then "Unable to download" message. It was working fine this morning.
When I select a video on YouTube to download, the RealPlayer Downloader displays "Waiting for download" for a few seconds and then gives the "Unable to download" message.
I have followed several post on here, but none of them fixed the issue. I have reinstalled RealPlayer 25. Completed the updates, and still the "Unable to download" message.
How do I fix this? It was working fine this morning.

Hi Roland, I get exactly the same. I see your message dates back a month - were you able to get it fixed? Kind regards Graeme

Roland,
On the RealPlayer Downloader window where you usually see the progress of the download, follow these steps:
- Click the RealPlayer Downloader logo on the top left and click Preferences.
- See if there is a download path. If it is blank, that tells why you are unable to download. You will need a download path to choose where the video should download to. Click Browse and choose Videos --> RealPlayer Downloads folder.
- Click Ok.
Try again.

We responded to your other post but if you have the same error message, please try these steps.
