DVD / CD BURNER NOT WORKING
This is my second post on this topic with no solution nor an answer arriving from you.
My DVD & CD Burner has stopped functioning as of five (5) days ago. It begins the transferring process and then completely shuts down after five (5) or six (6) seconds. All updates are in order. I tried uninstalling and then completely reinstalling my RealPlayer and that did not change the essential problem. So, for the last five (5) days I have been unable to use a RealPlayer service for which I paid. What is your suggested solution to fixing this frustrating problem? I thank you for your time reading this and look forward to this matter being addressed by you and resolved.
