I logged into my RealPlayer account and clicked on the RealPlayer icon to get updates like I read on how to get updates.  The pulldown menu does not appear and it take me to another page to select issues. That didn't help. Is there another way to get updates?

The only way to get updates is by going to Check for Updates. Can you please send us a screenshot of what you are seeing? What updates are you trying to get?
