Realplayer Cd/DVD Burner not downloading with package on my new laptop Windows 11 Home. Can you help.

CD/DVD not downloading  on my new laptop windows 11 Home addition tried twice, so i cannot get into to download my burning software, can you help used you for years but i need this burning software to burn to my discs.  Hope you can help .  Michael

  Can you please let us know what error message you get when it doesn't install the additional package?

  In the meanwhile, please follow these steps:

  1. Right click on your RealPlayer shortcut and choose Run As Adminstrator
  2. Follow the usual steps and let us know if the additional package installs
