system stopped working tried to reinstall but you cannot get to realplayer website to reinstall it

  What happens when you reinstall? Are you seeing any errors? What stopped working in RealPlayer? Please provide more details.

  real player in burning dvd just stopped working and shut down.no error message when reinstalled for now working ok

  Glad to hear that after reinstall it is working. Microsoft recently sent an update which caused this. They rectified their update and pushed another update with the fix. We assume that update installed and therefore RealPlayer is not shutting down any longer. If you have further issues, please contact us.
