i can't download age restricted videos

I can't download age restricted videos on youtube premium. Is there a setting needing changing, something i need to do?

  There are certain videos that are set to play only if the user confirms they are above 18 years old. That said, our Downloader is not designed to download such videos and movies that are hosted in YouTube.

  This is a Setting in YouTube. As a YouTube channel host when uploading, one has the option to set the audience. Here is a screenshot of that setting.
