kHz
I am sure there is a simple reason for this but i cant figure it out.
Whenever i download a video on my new laptop with Realplayer Downloader the files Sometimes dont have audio. i checked and the files without audio have only 22.050 kHz, those with sound are 44.000 kHz. But they are all downloaded the same way! so why are some low kHz and others normal, any idea ?
(If its something simple, i truely apologize)

It all depends on what file format and the file specs that you are trying to download. We don't control how websites upload the video content. If you can provide us with a sample URL of the video that is causing issues for you, please provide that to us. We can test it on our end and let you know what we are noticing.

I cant explain it. When i try to download a video from Youtube (any video) mostly its 22 kHz and after a few times it can be 44 kHz for the same video. Its all "Faster Download" but on my old laptop i used "Faster Download" and it was always 44 kHz, so why now it switches all the time ?

It would really help if you could send us a link to the video that you feel downloads at a lesser quality. Have you tried changing it to Higher Quality instead of Fastest Download?
