RealPlayer still using Explorer as its Browser. CloudFlare does not permit access

Why hasn't RealPlayer gone to Edge?  Cloudflare protected sites would allow the old explorer Browser in, so RealPlayer can't access those sites.  RealPlayer doesn't always work when attempting to download thru chrome.

  Our latest version available at www.real.com should solve this issue. However, you will not be able to download videos using RealPlayer browser. It is best to use Chrome, Edge or Firefox to directly download videos.
