unable to connect to pc

I am unable to connect with my desktop pc with real mobile. it worked the first time i used it but not now, have gone through the steps, and still nothing. Reinstalled on bout pc and mobile

  Are you signed into both the PC and mobile app with the same email address? What error are you seeing when you try to access your PC from the mobile app? Please make sure you have followed the instructions from this link.

  Lastly, what version of RealPlayer is installed on both the PC and the mobile device and are you running any firewall program in your Windows PC.
