cant sign in after upgraded to premium
I just updated to premium on June 7,2022 and now I can not log in to my account.

Can you please let us know what error you see when you sign in? A screenshot of the error is appreciated.

after i sign in to this cpu it just sits there and doesn't go anywhere instead of restarting it when i upgradged to preium i sign out i didnt know until i got on my windows 10 it told me to restart it so i until and reinstalled hoping thatwould help but i think i made it worse so i cancelled perium hoping it will go back the way it was and i can sign in then but this real player preium is new to me and i been using a cpu since 2003 i hope this helps if not i will send u that screen shot

Can you please send us a screenshot of your RealPlayer and also your Task Manager?

i cant even find the tsk manager i changed my mind i want to delete my account and start over but i cant do that because to the active subricipion and it was cancelled on july 7 th and was never taken off i like for u all to take it off so i can delete the account and start over i will be most happy if u can do that for me also i cant take a pic of whats its doing because the file is too big for this particular service and have a merry christmas because i give up trying to fix real player i just want to start over on both cpus
