Clip not found

When I try to open an attachment in an email I get the error message "Clip Not Found".  This is a new problem it was working fine a couple of days ago.

  How is an attachment in your email associated with RealPlayer? We are not understanding your question. Perhaps the attachment in your email was a file that was linked to a website stream. It is possible that the source of that click is removed from the website it self.
