    Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Customer Support. We can set a temporary password for you and email you the temporary password. You can change the password after you sign in with this temporary password. Would you want us to do that for you?

    Yes but the email I registered with is rms911@gt.rr.com.  That is the one I can't reset.  I created this email rms2911@yahoo.com just so I could make the post.
