real times in verizon cloud app

i have photos show up in my real times that i dont have in my verizon cloud . do i have a real times cloud or a real times account by signing up thru verizon ? if so how do i access it? i f i dont how or where does realtimes get these photos  ?

  We see only a free account under your gmail address. You probably have an account under a different email address. If you use the RealTimes app in conjunction with your Verizon Cloud, your content is stored in your Verizon Cloud app. Because this is a Verizon app, you will need to contact Verizon customer support to troubleshoot this issue. You can call them at 800-922-0204 or dial *611 from your Verizon mobile phone.

  What happens when you sign in? Which version of the app are you using?

  free app threw verizon . dont know if i got account or not. get pictures threw realtimes that dont have in verizon cloud . realtimes says check with verizon , verizon says they dont have them. then where did realtimes get them if verizion dont have them. does realtimes have cloud that they would be in

  RealTimes has a Cloud service too. It is a paid service. Did you ever pay for RealTimes directly to us? Do you have an alternate email address?

  no it isnt think it was free thru verizon and no alternate email .would be under phone number ?
