Converting WAV files to MP3 issue: REALPLAYER CONVERTER 20.0.7.309
I am using the REALPLAYER CONVERTER 20.0.7.309 to convert batch WAV files to MP3. Once converted, I play the MP3 and there are "pops" or "clicks" all throughout the MP3 Audio. I can take the same WAV file, convert to an MP4, then convert the MP4 to MP3 and the MP3 Audio plays fine. I never had an issue converting WAV to MP3 with the previous REALPLAYER CONVERTER, but now that I have upgraded to the 20 version I cannot convert from WAV to MP3 without the MP3 clicking and popping every 2-3 seconds. The audio is clear... it just has POPS in the audio which makes the audio unusable. I have REALPLAYER CONVERTER 20.0.7.309 on my Desktop PC as well as my Laptop and both are having the same exact results - so it's the software having the issue. I need a solution for this please as soon as possible.
