Cannot Login using Facebook

I have an account linked through facebook.  Unfortunately, I am having trouble with facebook and want to disassociate my account from FB.  It's not letting em connect via FB and now I can't login ,

 

And there is no way to contact Customer support without loging in, so I can't even get help from Real.

 

How do I move my loging wihtout loggin in to FB first?

  We are not seeing your account associated with Facebook. You currently have your email address as your login credential. If you've forgotten your password, you can always reset it by clicking this link.

   https://forgot.real.com/realplayer

  You will enter your email address as your username and the new password you are resetting to.
