Can't Sign in

I am signed in with a personal free account but I need support with my paid account for bderuiter@rcschools.com

 

When I try to sign in I get an error so I am trying to reset the password but I get a technical difficulties error.  Since I can't sign in I can't send the support request from that account.

  Please note: Your account is a free account under this email address.

  The reason you are getting Technical difficulties when trying to reset your password is because you have not set a password directly with us. You have created your account by using Google as your login.

  We are making changes to the login process. We are removing Google and Facebook as an option. We can set a temporary password for you. You can change the password after you sign in with this temporary password. Would you want us to do that for you?
