No Blue or Orange Tab To Download

I had to Reinstall RealPlayer and now I don't get the Blue or Orange tab to download, what's going on? Let me know, thank you

  Yep, real player is not real playing for me either on YouTube.

  If you are not seeing it on any browser, can you resize your browser (make your browser not maximized) and let us know if you see the Downloader button after you go to YouTube.com?

  I tried that already. My browser was not maximized and the little real player downloader just was not there.
