     The reason you are getting Technical difficulties when trying to reset your password is because you have not set a password directly with us. You have created your account by using Google as your login.

    We are making changes to the login process. We are removing Google and Facebook as an option. We can set a temporary password for you. You can change the password after you sign in with this temporary password. Would you want us to do that for you? If yes, we will send you an email with your temporary password.
