"Unable to download" error when downloading videos

In certain cases when I ask for a download of a video, the Downloader seems to find the video & seems to go thru the process of downloading:

Then at the end, gives me the "Unable to download" error.

Why?

  Can you please let us know the URL of the video? We would like to test it on-house.
