realplayer downloader isn't working properly

TWO things: (they both occurred after the last new update)

1. RealPlayer downloader itself shows up, but it doesn't show up on any websites in order to download a video

2.  When I copy the video URL the "Paper Clip" box doesn't show up in order to paste the URL to download a video. I have tried many, many times in different ways to get it to show up.  I even waited 20 minutes and it never showed up.

  Can you please restart your computer and try again. If the Downloader button doesn't show up still, can you please reinstall RealPlayer and let us know if the issue still persists?
