Download with a link does'nt work

Since the last update, downloading with a link no longer works: I have to manualy close the application.

Else, from browser, it's OK

Can you please reinstall RealPlayer? We have no known issues with downloading with a link.

I cannot download music videos from Youtube with my Real Downloader. When I click on the Icon, it searches for about 40 seconds then puts up a message - 'Realplayer cannot download videos on this page'. This is a recent problem. I istalled Restoro at your suggestion, but it made no difference to the Downloader.How can I fix this problem.

We are not sure what is Restoro. That is not a product we offer.

Can you please let us know the following information:

1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

Please provide us with the version number you see there.

Since reinstalling didn't help, can you please provide a sample URL that you are trying to download?
