cant seem to download anything at all from any website since last year, real player is up to date, have over installed it chrome is up to date and still nothing ,absolute waste of time

just uninstalled and reinstalled realplayer following the problem recently about some people not being able to download videos and now cannot sign in, keeps saying realplayer has stopped working an...
