just uninstalled and reinstalled realplayer following the problem recently about some people not being able to download videos and now cannot sign in, keeps saying realplayer has stopped working and then closes, reinstalled a couple of times now,  and still get the same problem, also when i try to download a video, download stops after a few seconds and says `unable to download`, getting frustrated with this program now

  If RealPlayer continues to stop working, please try the solutions from: System errors, faults, or freezes when using RealPlayer

  As to the download error, follow the solutions from: "Unable to download" error when downloading videos
