No Sound Playback
When i download mp4 files using realdownloader i can see the video but no sound. I can play the same file and sound OK in windows media player Please Advise

I have just upgraded to real player plus and now when I log in on my other pcs it will not let me login - it just waits and waits I can login ok on the pc I was logged into when I upgraded Any Ideas
