The same issue "fixed" in 2023 has reappeared. Using RP 22.0.5.310 download speeds max out around 50.

Old Problem Reappears
Get error msg trying to burn DVD. RealPlayer burn system not initialized. System error. Last time this happen Support had be uninstall/reinstall. Problem disappeared. I uninstalled/reinstalled...

Yes I have signed in. Yes I am using Plus. Able to burn with another player. Version 18.1.15.215. Check for update shows current version installed.

Download and Firefox 59
I have upgraded to latest version of RealPlayer. 18.1.11.204. Current release of FF. Download box has stopped appearing.
