Realplayer has downloaded and installed but still does not play the dvd
I installed premium with all the downloads, but the netlix dvd will not play. It gets a tiny opening frame in the corner, and once tried to play but would not enlarge or show the chapters.

I it the premium version but when I try to use it, I am sent back to buy it again. If I try to buy it again, it refuses, telling me I am already a member.
