When I upgraded to 20/20 it would not open, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and everything is working now. So glad to hear my videos are safely stored on my hard drive.

Upgrade!
I just updated to 20/20 and now nothing works. Should I uninstall everything and then reinstall. But will I lose all my videos? Thanks in advance!
