Can't download video.
Nothing working. Can't download anything from YouTube and your realplayer isn't working either. I paid $25 for this and expect to be able to use it!!! Can you please get it fixed!!!

I paid $25 to be able to download stuff from YouTube and now most of what I want doesn't download!!! Fix it or refund my money!!!!!
