It's good to see someone is looking at this message board. Thank you. I have done that, twice, including plug ins to burn DVD's. I get the same resulting message. Not happy at all.

I read most if not all issues with this error code. I have tried re-installing, then shutdown of the entire computer and re-starting. I have made sure no other programs were working. The same damn...
