DVD burning issue
I have uninstalled Relaplayer 16. to install Realplayer 18. but I cant get my Dvd burner what I have all ready paid for when i had 16. it wants me to pay again.

Re installed real player and can not get my dvd burner back unless I pay again.
Re installed real player and can not get my dvd burner back unless I pay again. I am sure I dont have to pay twice.

Realplayer converter.
every time I am converting a video, the conversion only has audio no picture, it plays back ok on realplayer, but on anything else such as moviemaker, then I only get audio and no picture.
