12 minutes to load/play a video?
It's taking approx 12+ minutes to load/play a video. Real Player is frozen during this time, cannot exit or select another video to play. What is wrong?

Windows 10 1709 update
There was an (auto) windows 10 1709 update done on 12/18/17. Since then I am having problems with sound and video. I have to restart my laptop to get realplayer and video (youtube) to work properly...
