Windows 10 1709 update

There was an (auto) windows 10 1709 update done on 12/18/17. Since then I am having problems with sound and video. I have to restart my laptop to get realplayer and video (youtube) to work properly. Works okay and then goes out again. 

What do I do?

  Reinstalling RealPlayer should resolve this problem. Here are the instructions.
