Realplayer 20/20
I just paid extra to upgrade to 20/20 with ad block. I'm seeing zero improvement in downloading, same inability to download from many sites, and no ad blocking. What gives?

My new Realplayer has dutifly loaded all my video files into my library, but will only play about 10% of them (those marked MVI or mp4) None of those in ts or AVI format will play. "General Error...
