1. Opened RealPlayer 2. I unchecked RealPlayer 25 3. I selected Other Software.   Nothing is listed in Other Software.   Now what ?

3. New Update for RealDownloader happened and now it says I have to upgrade to premium even though I already did the lifetime upgrade
