I am unable to down load in v 2020 a previous post told me how to delete 2020 and reinstall v 18 please repost it again as v 2020 is worthless to me as all i want to down load is the music.

I was able to delete version 2020 from my computer an installed version 18.1 11 now it works great i will never put 2020 back
