unable to down load
I deleted the 2020 version because the search bar did not operate like the earlier versions, i installed version 18 and it worked fine, now it changed so i don't get the down load button anymore, who owns real player now.

RealPlayer is not a search engine. You can better results if you open websites like YouTube in a web browser. You can search for a video of your choice and have the ability to download videos using our RealDownloader.

You tell me real player is not a search engine, how come when i enter a name in the search bar the person comes up with their videos,but no download drop down appears it appears we are being scammed so that we will have to pay.

While you can search for names, videos etc it is not designed to be a pure search engine like Google or other search engines available. That said, if you search and find a video under the Discover tab, you will see the Download this video button on the top right corner of the video.
Here are some steps you may want to check as well. Downloading videos is a free feature. With the free version, you can download videos in 720p only. You are not forced to buy RealPlayer Plus.

You are dancing around my question,i previously paid for version 18 then i made the mistake of paying to upgrade to version 2020,so i went back to version 18 and it worked as before i would enter a name and most of their videos would come up,and i was able to download it again all i want is the music, i went on vacation and it had been changed i would get the videos but no down load button no one used the computer while i was gone, all i want to do is get rid of 2020 and go back to 18 please tell me how to do it i am not very computer saavy.

Also i and most people do not care about the trending people you try and force us to look at most of them mean nothing, i did not have the discover tab it wwwas labled videos.
