Unfortunately Im still getting the "Unable to download" flag on attempting a download VERY frustrating as this problem was supposed to be fixed.

Yes and its extremely frustrating. When Real-player works its fantastic but its hit and miss thing at times you spend more time solving problems than you do using it.
