very very slow download even with HP i7 8GB notebook
Even with above I has great difficulty in downloading. This is so different from before using i5 laptop. Please rectify and inform me. I am a long time subscriber for years

cannot download at all
Please help as there are many messages interfering with videos and cannot download at all at there is no downloader appearing despite pressing the downloader tab which would not appear
