I was using the free realtimes but I spent $39.99 so I'd have a Private folder but after I did that it stopped downloading so I waisted the Money so is there a way to fix that ?

cloud folder not working
I've been using Realplayer Cloud & RealTimes for a long time and all of the sudden they both stopped having a Cloud folder so what's the deal ? Knowing my Luck it's not free anymore !
