Upgrade to Real Player 2020

I upgraded to the new version, however, when I click the Library tab at the top, to see my downloaded videos, they are not there. What happened to them in the upgrade?

  you cannot download from You Tube as well the new player is worse than the old

  Kevin,

  As long as your files are stored in your PC's hard drive, you should be able to add them back to the library. Please follow the steps from the below link.
