Playing commercial DVDs

Trying to play a DVD and it stops at "DVD inserted" and then application stops running.

 Hello,

Thank you for writing back.

1- First, as the DVD playback is a Plus feature, you need to be signed in to your Plus account. To activate the Plus features, you should sign into the RealPlayer software. If you are already signed in, please sign out and sign back in.

To sign out of RealPlayer:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign out" from the drop-down menu.


Sign into RealPlayer:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign in" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Sign in with your email address and password.


2- If you get a ''General error'' message, please refer to the article below:
