Whenever I try to seek ahead during the previews on a DVD, RealPlayer (RealTimes) crashes. What should I do?

This appears to be an issue with Microsoft's DVD navigator. To avoid this problem, you can use the "Next" button or the "Menu" button to go directly to the DVD's main menu. This problem has been reported only with previews and should not occur during the main feature.
