Awful Software and Poor Service

This is the 4th time I have had to contact so called technical support for help and yet there is no help.

I continue to have issues where I am downloading a video and in the middle of the download, the software stops downloading and tells me it's done. I have been told to delete the software and yet after doing that I continue to have the same issues and I really want to know what is going on.

  This can happen if your library's database is corrupted. Following these steps should resolve your issue.

  I have tried these suggestions and they don't work. Let me say this again, these instructions don't work at all. So in reality nothing helpful has been provided and at this point, this is still a software product that is not worth paying for.
