    Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

    Please advise as i have been been burning to DVD for months.  Suddenly, yesterday 9/8-2019 notified that burning facility is not installed on my PC.  But it has been functioning for several months.  I use Windows 8.1.  Which does burn.  Chrisapirie@btinternet.com

    Christopher,

    We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus featured. Here are instructions to sign in:

    I have burned several videos in the past, but now when I setup to burn, it says "transferring files" then stops doing anything. I have stopped the process and started twice and the same thing happens. It never burns the DVD.

    Allen,

    Please reinstall RealPlayer and see if the issue persists. Some of the reasons for this would be as follows:

    • Incompatible video format.
    • Faulty Installation.
    • Faulty DVD Disk or DVD drive.

    Also, if the issue persists please create a new post as this is a really old one.
