Premium DVD BURNER NOT WORKING
I HAVE PAID FOR THE UPGRADE AND NOW IT IS SAYING MY PREMIUM DVD BURNER IS DISABLED AND I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED WITH THIS ALREADY..I PAID FOR THE PROGRAM AND THE BURNING CAPABILITY NOW I CAN NOT DO EITHER AND WANTING TO GO AHEAD AND CANCEL EVERYTHING IF IT ISN'T FIXED. I paid for the upgrade but every attempt to burn a dvd works very poorly. When working with mkv format files, I have to convert to mp4 first with another software. I test the mp4 files and they are fine. However, when I try to burn those to dvd, the audio is very poor with a gravely sound. Also, when I try to burn 2 hour long videos to dvd, I only get one of those on the dvd. I need a refund please.
