Cannot download HD quality video after I update my Realdownloader yesterday

After I update my app. I was not able to download HD quality video. When I check HD quality choice. It gave me a blank window and doing nothing after that. Please help.

  Hello.

  Please note that the HD download option (above 720p (Upto 4K)) is a paid feature.

  What is a paid feature?  I upgraded to Plus and still have the same problem even though the plan says 'Up to 4k high resolution downloads'.  Won't go past 720p.  And download speed is also similar to old one.  Thanks

  We see an active RealPlayer Plus associated with your account. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features which includes faster and higher resolution downloads. Here are instructions to sign in:
