Unable to burn even though real player plus account , keep getting "upgrade" message when I try to insert dvd burner; can you recommend another service or program

To be able to access the Plus features (such as ''burn DVD''), you need to be signed in with the respective credentials (i.e.the email address and your password associated with your paid account). THE PAST DAY I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO BURN A DVD IN THE REALPLAYER. PRIOR TO THIS EVERYTHING OPERATED GREAT. WHEN I GO TO BURN THE DVD I NOW GET ERROR MESSAGE THAT I NEED TO LOAD A BLANK DVD. I TRIED A BRAND NEW EXTERNAL DVD BURNER/DVD DISC AND RECEIVE THE SAVE MESSAGE I HAVE BEEN BURNING DVD-R4.7 GB, 16XSPEED, 120MIN ALL THESE YEARS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. I HAVE RELOADED THE REALPLAYER PLUS AND ALSO REBOOTED MY PC WITHOUT ANY IMPROVEMENT. I NEED TO TALK TO A REAL LIVE TECH SUPPORT PERSON TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM DUE TO THE TROUBLESHOOTING THEY INSTALLED IS USELESS. THE OLD PHONE NUMBER TO REALPLAYER SUPPORT IS NO GOOD. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BURN PICTURE FILES WITHOUT USING REALPLAYER.PLUS. I SUSPECT REALPLAYER TECHNICIANS MIGHT NEED TO DO A BETTER UPDATE TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM.

We don't offer phone support anymore. If you are now using an external hard drive, you will need to set it up in Preferences of RealPlayer. By default it looks at your in-built DVD drive. Here are instructions to change it to your External DVD drive.
1. Open RealPlayer
2. Click the RealPlayer logo on the top left corner and click Preferences
3. Expand on CD and click CD Burner
4. Change your DVD drive under Default Recordable Drive to your drive that is associated with your External Drive
5. Click OK and restart your RealPlayer
If you still have issues, please let us know.

Burn function has been working fine. All of a sudden will not respond fully though engaged.

RP been burning old playlist fine.
But this new one comes out with this error I tried photo with phone for do not know how to take a screen shot.
All the videos do play and are mp4 or hftp0 -
It is quite possible there is an error with the disk. Please try a different brand of the disk. Also, some codecs of a particular video may be causing this as well. The best solution is to use RealConverter to convert them back into MP4 so it would be compatible with RealPlayer burn.
