After upgrading to Plus I'm having the same problem. I think part of the issue is that the resize controls that should appear at the bottom of the video are missing or not visible. I may have to uninstall and reinstall but haven't as of yet. Please assist!!
To resolve this issue, please consult the following articles:
1. Playing DVDs
2. Resizing video in RealPlayer
If the issue persists, let us know what Windows version you are using (7, 8, 8.1 or 10) so we can assist further.
I previously attempted all of the recommended actions to remedy the problem and none of them worked. I will also point out that prior to the mandatory upgrade to Realplayer 18 in order to watch DVD's, I did not have any problems with playback. The only other solutions to my problem may to uninstall and reinstall or return to the previous version that allowed DVD playback. Please advise, Chas B.
P.S. I am using factory installed Windows 10.
